He knew he had to improve the culture of his organization and create a more cohesive leadership team to achieve this goal. But he didn\u2019t know how.<\/p>\n<p>Jack had become extremely frustrated. He was aware that the leadership team was dysfunctional, siloed and did not have the agility he felt was necessary to thrive, grow and reach their goals in turbulent times.
