The Ideal Team Player

This two session workshop explores three crucial characteristics found in ideal team players and why they are critical for a group’s success. The first training will cover why hunger, heart, and people-smarts are key qualities that each team member should embrace and how they affect the success of the organization.


The Ideal Team Player—Deep Dive

Building on the previous session, participants will explore the Ideal Team Player model more deeply and learn their strengths and areas of improvement to become an ideal team player. They will also learn how to support one another in their growth to be the best team member possible.

Teamwork – Personal Skills that Transcend Teams©

This one session training program was created to harness the power of The Five Behaviors™ across the entire organization. The Five Behaviors® teaches individuals to become better teammates by integrating Patrick Lencioni’s model at the organizational level.

The goal is to completely redefine teamwork and collaboration. Participants can carry the takeaways of this program from one team to the next, enabling a culture of teamwork. Learners at all levels of an organization can benefit from this program and adopt its powerful principles, shape behaviors, and create a common language that empowers people to rewrite what it means to work together.

Time and Productivity Mastery

This two hour workshop is focused on the individual’s time and productivity mastery in order for them to be more effective at work. Key model is a starting-line self assessment scorecard and a ten step action plan to eliminate distractions and unproductive activities, and develop a custom plan going forward.

Radical Conversations©

This two session workshop used the key model based on the book by Patterson, Grenny, McMillan and Switzler’s (2002) book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking when Stakes are High, plus additional tools and techniques gathered over time.

Participants will learn an eight-step process for a difficult conversation, as well as strategies to consider when deciding to have the conversation (such as your desired outcome, the time and place, and how to stay safe). Participants will also learn how to speak persuasively, ask good questions, and listen actively.

Tough Minded©

This two session training program on strategies to develop mental toughness and resilience using several key models on understanding neuroplasticity and how the brain functions under stress, recognizing emotional triggers, mindfulness, mastering our emotions and emotional self-awareness.

Become the CEO of Your Own Position© (COOP)

This two session group workshop is a personal development learning experience that equips people with the social and emotional know-how for more effective interactions at work—no matter who or where they are. The key model for this is the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 assessment, and additional models to develop accountability and ownership.

Unlock Team Agility©

This four session series is designed for an intact team using the key model Everything DiSC Agile EQ on Catalyst® assessment. The more uncertain, complex, and ambiguous our working environments become, the more critical a truly agile team is to success. But staying agile demands that people continually develop and use their emotional intelligence (EQ)—a level of sophistication that’s never been demanded before.

Everything DiSC Agile EQ on Catalyst® develops the emotional intelligence necessary to support a thriving agile culture. Learners will:

  • Discover the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions.

Agile Emotional Intelligence

This three session workshop uses the key model Everything DiSC Agile EQ on Catalyst® assessment and combines the insights from personality/behavioural models with active emotional intelligence development. Participants will discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation. Participants will create a personalized action plan based on their learning.

Strategic Planning Workshop

This full day virtual workshop teaches the participants the fundamentals of strategic planning. You’ll learn how to examine your opportunities and set priorities, create a plan so that the next year isn’t left to chance, stay focused, and get your team engaged. By gaining clarity on the next steps, your team will feel less stressed.
